Flexible Mortgages

Some banks can offer you the choice of taking out a Flexible Mortgage. Hereby the lender provides you with the option of paying off more than an agreed monthly amount on your mortgage when you are able to do so.

You may even skip mortgage payments should you be in short term financial difficulty. Flexible mortgages are normally offered as repayment mortgage packages.
